Birthday Party Fun!

Grayson turns one on Wednesday! It is hard to believe my little baby boy isn't much of a baby anymore...the past year has been the most rewarding, joyful, loving and challenging experience of our lives! Grayson is such a blessing! We took advantage of the long weekend to celebrate his birthday by having a pool party! It was lots of fun!

We opened one of Gray's presents from Mommy and Daddy early. It was a book about laundry (Grayson loves to help me with the laundry. He takes the clothes out of the dryer for me.) We read it while waiting for everyone to arrive!



Grayson's party was baseball themed. I made a collage of pictures from 1-11 months, leaving a space for a 12 month picture!


Presents!!! Grayson didn't really understand what was going on while he was opening presents so we helped him open and pull out all the goodies! He received lots of fun stuff! Thanks everybody!





Bring on the cake! This is a cute little cake we ordered for Grayson to enjoy. It didn't last long. I have never seen a one year old devour a cake like Gray did. I think this was the highlight of the party. I wish I could figure out how to upload video because pictures can't possibly show how funny it really was!

Time to go swimming and wash off some of the cake! The water was really cold so it didn't last long.

He's awake! We stayed the night at the hotel and Grayson woke up after about an hour of sleeping. He wanted to have some late night fun....and since it was his birthday party we let him :o)
