Grayson's 1st Egg Hunt!

We went to the zoo today for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. There were tons of kids there! For each age group there were specific sections blocked off for the kids to "hunt" for eggs. The eggs for the 0-2 age group were placed very strategically as you can tell from the pictures :o) Grayson had fun picking up the eggs and putting them in his bucket. He even helped out his friend Grace. The kids were supposed to get six eggs total in order to get a prize. Grace is a little more reserved than Grayson and didn't like all of the people so Grayson delivered some to her basket too! He was a good little helper!

















The zoo was open to walk around as well. We took Grayson to the zoo last year but he wasn't old enough to really understand what was going on. It was fun to see him really looking at the animals. He would just stare at them and watch their every move. His favorite were the bears. One of them came right up to the fence. Here is a picture of Grayson checking the big guy out. He had his whole head squeezed in between the fence!
