When I got home from working at the school today we filled up the swimming pool for a little fun in the sun! Grayson played in there for nearly three hours. The only thing that stopped us was that he got a bee sting. Well, we think it was a bee sting. He started whining and touching his foot. At first we thought he may have just stepped on a stick but when he wasn't leaving his foot alone we looked again and saw a stinger! No wonder he was upset! He was a tough boy and let us take the stinger out right away and we came inside and put Benadryl on it. He didn't shed a tear through the whole thing and said "I tough". It was a little puffy but the Benadryl helped a lot. Poor little guy. If he wouldn't have gotten stung I am not sure how long we would have swam! What a fun afternoon! :o)
He had the most fun jumping into the pool. He would say, "Ready, Set, Go!" or sometimes he said, "One, Two, Three, Four!" and then he would jump right in! He was too funny.

Dad got both of us with the hose. Grayson loved it. Me....not so much. Hah!
Grayson wanted to bring his garden tools in the pool too. At one time he also had a bunch of sticks in there. He said,"My camping." He must have been referring to a campfire. :o)
He kept telling me, "squito" and patting my face. If he has a mosquito on him I always try to get it by lightly hitting it. He was trying to protect me from the "squitos"...so sweet.
