The zoo has been closed for the last two years because of the 2011 flood. It reopened in May and just recently got most of the animals back from their temporary homes. We went to check it out on Monday morning. We all enjoyed it and liked the monkeys the best! We purchased a family pass for the entire season so I think it will be a frequent place we visit throughout the summer!
